We make all kinds of aluminum housing for LED lights:
1. Design the housing: We make 3D design of the housing for customers. This design will serve as the blueprint for creating the housing.
2. Select the aluminum sheet: Get aluminum sheets in the size and thickness you need for your design. Cut the aluminum sheet to the required size and shape using a CNC machine or laser cutter.
3. Manufacturing: Shape the aluminum sheet as per your design. Use drilling machines or CNC machines to create the necessary holes and cut-outs for the LED lights, wires, and other components. Assembly process by welding the parts together. Use a TIG welding machine or other suitable equipment to attach all the components together. Clean up and smooth out any rough edges or sharp corners using sanding tools or finishing equipment. Finally, paint or coat the housing as per your design preference.
4. Inspection and Quality control: Make sure the batch of products are qualified to customers requirements.
